Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd, trading as Msinsi Resorts and Game Reserves, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Umgeni Water mandated to manage water resources around Umgeni Water managed / owned dams. The position is based at Msinsi’s Head Office in Hillcrest.

Purpose of the Job: Manage the end-to-end sales process; sourcing new customers, scoping customer requirements, providing unique solutions and customer quotes and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

* Three-year Diploma in Sales or equivalent.

* Customer Relationship Management Certificate will be an advantage.

Minimum Experience: Two years Sales experience.

* One-year Customer Relationship Management experience will be an advantage. One year booking system working knowledge.

* Experience in selling accommodation and tourism activities will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain Customer Relationships.
– Sell and position Msinsi to the existing and future target market.
– Render sales for the organisation’s products and services
– Perform general sales functional and administrative activities.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

*A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

*The ability to work as part of the team and develop good working relationships at all levels within the organisation;

*The ability to prospect for new business – business to business and business to consumer;

*Proven tracked record in sales and a thorough understanding of the sales process;

*Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system.

*Numerate with good organisational and prioritisation skills.

*Logical thinker who is able to recognise opportunities for creating new business sales and improving customer services.

*Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

*Proficiency in MS Office and booking system.

*Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.

*Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.

*Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

*Passion for relationship building and selling

*Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

*Resilience, persistence.

*Flexible schedule (i.e., available to work weekends and/or holidays when necessary)

*Demonstrated effectiveness working with all levels of employees in the organisation.
