CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SUPERVISOR
Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd, trading as Msinsi Resorts and Game Reserves, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Umgeni Water mandated to manage water resources around Umgeni Water managed / owned dams. The position is based at Msinsi’s Head Office in Hillcrest.
Purpose of the Job: To supervise the sales team and maintain the CRM system whilst providing seamless customer experience across marketing, sales and customer support, that increases engagements, generate new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales to increase revenue and brand loyalty.
* Three-Year Diploma in Communications Management/ Sales Management or equivalent.
* Certificate in CRM software. * Code B drivers licence
* Three years’ experience in the CRM field.
* Two years’ supervisory experience.
*Online booking system working knowledge.
* One-year experience in sales will be an added advantage.
– Enhance and Manage Customer Relationships throughout the organisation.
– Drive organisational wide sales and supervise the sales team.
– Control the performance of the CRM system.
– Perform general functional supervision and administrative functions.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
*High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
*Ability to prioritise own workload. *Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
*Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and on email
*Well versed computer skills on Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
*Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
*Keen analytical and research abilities.
*Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related products and services.
*Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
*Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
*Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects. *Knowledge of staff supervision practices.
*Thorough knowledge of acceptable quality, safety and health systems
Financial understanding and budgeting skills.
