SALES CONSULTANT X2

Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd, trading as Msinsi Resorts and Game Reserves, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Umgeni Water mandated to manage water resources around Umgeni Water managed / owned dams. The position is based at Msinsi’s Head Office in Hillcrest.

Purpose of the Job: Manage the end-to-end sales process; sourcing new customers, scoping customer requirements, providing unique solutions and customer quotes and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

* Three-year Diploma in Sales or equivalent.

* Customer Relationship Management Certificate will be an advantage.

Minimum Experience: Two years Sales experience.

* One-year Customer Relationship Management experience will be an advantage. One year booking system working knowledge.

* Experience in selling accommodation and tourism activities will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain Customer Relationships.
– Sell and position Msinsi to the existing and future target market.
– Render sales for the organisation’s products and services
– Perform general sales functional and administrative activities.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

*A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

*The ability to work as part of the team and develop good working relationships at all levels within the organisation;

*The ability to prospect for new business – business to business and business to consumer;

*Proven tracked record in sales and a thorough understanding of the sales process;

*Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system.

*Numerate with good organisational and prioritisation skills.

*Logical thinker who is able to recognise opportunities for creating new business sales and improving customer services.

*Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

*Proficiency in MS Office and booking system.

*Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.

*Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.

*Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

*Passion for relationship building and selling

*Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

*Resilience, persistence.

*Flexible schedule (i.e., available to work weekends and/or holidays when necessary)

*Demonstrated effectiveness working with all levels of employees in the organisation.

Customer Relationship Management Supervisor

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SUPERVISOR

Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd, trading as Msinsi Resorts and Game Reserves, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Umgeni Water mandated to manage water resources around Umgeni Water managed / owned dams. The position is based at Msinsi’s Head Office in Hillcrest.

Purpose of the Job: To supervise the sales team and maintain the CRM system whilst providing seamless customer experience across marketing, sales and customer support, that increases engagements, generate new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales to increase revenue and brand loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Three-Year Diploma in Communications Management/ Sales Management or equivalent.

* Certificate in CRM software. * Code B drivers licence

Minimum Experience:

* Three years’ experience in the CRM field.

* Two years’ supervisory experience.

*Online booking system working knowledge.

* One-year experience in sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

– Enhance and Manage Customer Relationships throughout the organisation.
– Drive organisational wide sales and supervise the sales team.
– Control the performance of the CRM system.
– Perform general functional supervision and administrative functions.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

*High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

Assistant Handyman

Purpose of the Job: To assist the Handyman with daily duties and handle minor Handyman tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 10 or N1. * Handyman certificate: courses in plumbing, carpentry, painting and brickwork or equivalent modules. * Be in possession of an unendorsed Code 08 / EB driver’s license
Minimum Experience: One years’ experience general handyman duties.
Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Handyman in completing daily tasks and standing in for the Handyman during leave/rest.
– Assist the Handyman in plumbing repairs.
– Assist with carpentry.
– Monitor gas and electric geysers and stoves.
– Assist with general minor buildings maintenance.
– Assist with basic electrical maintenance.
– Assist with basic vehicle maintenance.
-Assist in general tasks.
– Key Knowledge and Skills:

*Ability to receive instructions pertaining to own area of operation. *Knowledge of the occupational health and safety compliance standards applicable to own area of operation. *Knowledge of basic infrastructure and the know-how of simple installations and repairs. *Ability to accurately identify and analyze basic infrastructure-related problems and determine corrective actions (troubleshooting). *Sound verbal and written communication skills. *Understanding of activities involved in water resource management. Thorough knowledge of acceptable quality, safety and health systems.
